Shred In Peace Derek

A couple days ago I on the train from NY to VT I got some very terrible news that real good friend and FGO family member Derek Allen had been involved in a bicycle accident.  I called around, and after a couple minutes found out the sad and unfortunate truth that Derek had been hit while riding and had passed away.  I think Derek was really an amazing person.  He was always smiling, constant comedy, and always down to have a good time. Not to mention one of the best, most natural kickflips and frontside flips ive ever seen.  I had the privilige of knowing Derek for many years through our FGO family and our shared love of skateboarding, and I can definitely say that I ALWAYS had an awesome time with him. Im really gonna miss you Hobbit. Till we get to skate together again, Shred in peace homie <3  FGO forever

Boreal Summer Shred

This July 10 and 11th I went up to boreal to shred with a bunch of homies in sunny 85 degree weather.  Wore a tank top and boardshorts shredding! It was hot as shit and super fun. check the edit.

sorry for no updates the past couple months everybody, ive REALLY been enjoyin the summer and been pretty busy gettin loose.  Hope you all are havin as much fun as we are, more shit soon i swear. scouts honor.

Frendly Gathering and LA la land

Just got back yesterday from an amazing trip down to mammoth for the frendly gathering and then to LA to hang with some homies and my brotha from the same motha Mike.  First things first, frendly gathering was out of control. people drove to mammoth from as far as texas and everyone set up camp right next to the lake with a party area within walking distance.  all the homies were there, and we got really loose both nights then bailed to LA feeling like the walking dead. We got lucky and had great weather the whole trip so we skated pretty much everyday, hit a bunch of really fun skateparks in the LA area (there churning out new ones faster than starbucks down there) and went to a couple street spots to session as well.  stayed with some friends on the “cruise ship” and as always they showed me an awesome time, then went and stayed with my brother and his friends in hollywood and pretty much skated and got loose the rest of the time. awesome.  No pics from the gathering unfortunately, i was way too loose and busy having fun to keep track of my phone much less my camera, but i did snap some shots in LA that ill post up soon.  Thanks to everyone in LA for an amazing trip, and as always, stay loose!
